Community Hall Rentals

The Bankview Community Hall is located at 2418 17 Street SW. There are two portions of the hall that can be rented out separately. The main hall, which has a capacity of 125 and includes the kitchen, or the board room which comfortably seats 12. With either rental you have access to the washrooms which one has to cross through the main hall to get to. Fire capacity for the hall is 125.

Please note that there is no parking lot at the hall. Street parking is available on the block surrounding hall.

Hall Rental Rates

Typical hall rental rates for hall rental are outlined below. Please note these prices are subject to change and vary depending on the nature of event you will be hosting.

Entire Hall on Friday or Saturday Evening: $450

Boardroom Rental: $75

Daytime Main Hall Rental:  starting at $60

Rental Requirements

A rental contract must be filled out for all rentals. Discounts on rental fees may be provided for seniors, repeat users, low demand times, and charitable organizations at the hall managers discretion. I Love My Neghbourhood grant recipients can rent the Bankview hall for free.
